Urgent Roommate Needed!

Our spare bedroom is available with its own bathroom across the hall. Our pet-friendly apartment is 940 sq/ft with a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen and small private patio. Property amenities includes a pool, business center, firepit, gym and dog park. We split rent, xfinity, and electricity three ways. There is room for one more pet on our lease. Not ADA friendly. There are garages for rent. Elijah and Mea are a loving, queer couple. Eli is an outgoing man who is trans, loves to crochet, plays videogames, cook, and is learning art. Mea is a creative introvert who is an artist, plays videogames, games, and crystals. We have a young cat named Aurora who loves to play and cause chaos.
Ideally, our roommate shares similar interests and is LGBTQIA+ in their 20s or 30s. We are looking for someone kind, respectful, and fun to be around. If you have a pet, they would need to spend a little time with our cat to see if they are a good match. Only two pets are allowed on the lease unless there is a service animal. We also are okay with queer couples being our roommates, which would split costs down to ¼ per each person.
