We have a nice-sized room for rent in Estacada, close in to Downtown (walkable) and nice big yard with space if you want to garden, we are looking to add chickens or rabbits if you're into growing your own food. Young household of 3 responsible 20's aged roommates who have pets, and keep a picked-up house. We like gaming and relaxing, but also camping and shooting. No loud parties or chaos but we love making music. There is a sound-deadened music studio in the house, clients are always accompanied. No hard drugs. Male and female currently in home, so it's co-ed. Only one bathroom, but it's workable for everyone. Washer and dryer in home, utilities are extra and run about $125 per month in winter, much less in summer. No AC right now. Nice wood stove, big kitchen, even two new refrigerators for good storage. Smoking ok outside only. Pets negotiable as we have 1 dog and 2 cats. Plenty of parking, two nice outdoor areas and big yard with sun. House in on the Bus line, and 2 blocks to heart of downtown Estacada. Quiet street.
