3 bedroom 2 bath house. Tacoma orange line max is 0.8 mile from the house. At the end of the block is bus line 75. There are 2 rooms, each is 11 ft x 12 ft, each is rented at 700/month. One room is currently furnished and this can be unfurnished. There is a bathroom across the hall that will be shared with one person. The kitchen is available with a gas stove/oven and an electric oven. There is a large kitchen and dining area that sees curries, glutens, pork, shellfish, boiled eggs, aromatic herbs and fish cooked/baked regularly. There is as a laundry room. All utilities except electric are covered, expect to pay ~ $50/month. Uncaged non-humans, for example dogs and cats, accompanying the renter are also considered with this room rental provided they get along with the dog. The large dog is friendly to cats, dogs, ect. Please no smoking or vaping in the house.
About the current occupant: Hello, I’m LavenderTrees (they/them) a tidy, mindfully communicative, nonbinary with a sometimes silly loud laugh who spent the last couple decades or so in the healthcare profession. Looking to rent two rooms on the main floor of the house. Unfortunately we are allergic to long-haired cats and dogs and therefore cannot cohabitate with them. Looking for roommates that want library/chill cafe vibes at home and also communicate mindfully. Hobbies include meditation, chess, laughing, walking/wandering, finding new foods to make, sewing, and attending lectures/workshops on various topics of interest such as social advocacy and sustainability.
