Room for rent.

3 bedroom 2 bath house (no one above) near SE 32nd and Roswell st. The orange line Tacoma Max stop is 0.8 miles away per google. At the end of the block is bus 75, which goes to the aforementioned max stop. Bus 75 also goes to an area a bit further south where one would find a hospital, grocer, hardware store, & pharmacy. The 11 ft x 12 ft room is currently furnished and wired directly to the router although we haven’t put the pictures on the walls in case someone wants the room unfurnished. The bathroom across the hall will be shared with 1 other person. No smoking or vaping in the house please and thank you. There is a large kitchen and dining area that sees curries, glutens, pork, shellfish and fish cooked/baked, boiled eggs, and aromatic herbs regularly.
The house comes with 2 humans, and a dog. Short haired uncaged non-humans, for example dogs and cats, considered after meeting the dog in the house and with $50/month pet rent. Rent includes all utilities except PGE (electric) which should average $50/month. The room has an ac unit that pops into the window in the summer time. Lease expectations are month to month. Unfortunately we are allergic to long-haired non-humans and therefore cannot cohabitate with them.
