Lease Takeover for Spring Term through July

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my part of a lease in a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse in north Corvallis (not sure why the app says it’s a 2-bed)! There is a free, private parking lot, and the house has a small porch. There is an in-unit washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances are recently updated! Utilities are typically $50-100/month. The 2 roommates are both girls in their 3rd year at OSU and are very sweet, clean, respectful, and committed to school. There is a bus stop near by and it’s a 10 minute drive to campus. We are looking for a girl, preferably no pets as one of the roommates is allergic to most animals.
