Walk or bike 1 block to the 26 mile River Parks Trail along the Arkansas River, great for cycling enthusiasts and runners.
This home is bright and cozy with an open living/kitchen dining area. Easy driving access to Tulsa locations from Riverside Dr and I-44. 6 minutes to the Gathering Place, Southern Hills Country Club, Turkey Mountain Wilderness Area, Trader Joes or Whole Food Brookside. 15 minutes to downtown restaurants, music venues and the Bob Dylan Center, and less then 20 minutes to the Tulsa International Airport.
No guests other than those on lease allowed. This is someone's home, please respect the home and neighborhood and the 9pm-7am quiet time. No smoking, drugs or parties.
