This is a three-bedroom condo located in a fantastic area and directly across the road from the Warren clinic and St Francis Hospital. There is on-site parking and a pool. You would be living with me and my funny little blind dog Atticus. The condo has two bathrooms; you would use the main one and have that to yourself. The room is sunny and the area is quiet. The room is unfurnished and ready for your personal touch. The condo is close to everything and La Fortune park is down the road. This is ideal for a healthcare worker as the hospital and Warren Clinic is within walking distance.

About Me
I am Australian and have now lived here for two years and run my own business. If I don’t work from home, I spend too much time at my office. I am looking for someone who is working full time, a professional, mature, clean, responsible, respectful, and ok with a small dog. This is a quiet condo area and I am respectful of my neighbors as they are of me.
