About the Space:
The house is smoke-free and has a wide driveway with three parking spaces, ensuring the garage remains accessible. While I’d prefer no additional dogs, I’m open to considering it if ours get along.

As a roommate, you’d be responsible for keeping your room, and the main bathroom clean (I have my own bathroom), plus help with the shared spaces. I’m not a neat freak, but I do like to keep things comfortable and organized.

Lease & Pricing Options:
I’m flexible with lease terms, whether you’re looking for something short-term or long-term.

Short-term (1–3 months): $500/month with a $1,000 deposit
Signed Month-to-Month: $700/month with a $700 deposit
Couples or Additional Occupant: +50% to the rent
Utilities split evenly
Garage Parking is $100 extra
