set rate for water and then your power which mine has typically been $40-60 a month. My lease ends in March 2025. Looking for someone to take over as soon as possible. August and security deposit is already paid for. I have a couch and some other furniture if you’d like it. It has a washer and dryer in unit. It has a cute little patio. It’s a nice apartment I searched for a long time to find a nice place that was under $1,300 and I found this place! It has a pool and a hottub! The application is $45 and that’s all you’d have to pay until September bills. It’s in a gated parking garage so I feel safe walking to and from car at all hours.
