The Room

The Room:

This fully furnished, sunny room is available for rent April 1st. It has a queen sized bed, end tables with lamps, full closet, and desk space. There are light filtering blinds for privacy, and black out curtains on the windows.

The Home:

The home itself is a 1930's stone bungalow with a classic deep porch, back yard with patio space, and is located in the heart of Tulsa's Cherry Street district. It is a fun, historic neighborhood close to Tulsa University, restaurants, entertainment, museums, and within walking of groceries.

Atmosphere:
This is a smoke, drug, and alcohol free property. Cleanliness and respect of the neighborhood, the home and each other is a must.

Roommates:

The property is owner-occupied and maintained, and has two downstairs rooms which rent to students, professionals, or those staying in Tulsa for a month or so. These two rooms share a common bathroom with a classic deep tub and shower combo and original 1930's basketweave tile.

Amenities and Parking:

All utilities, including wifi, are included in the rent.

Modest storage in the form of shelving is available in the basement for tenant use.

Residents share the common areas, kitchen, living room, and laundry and storage facilities in the basement.

This is an older neighborhood with street parking. No permit is required.

Owner maintains the outdoor spaces.
