Ground level apartment with front and back door. 7 units in the community in total, we all share a shaded courtyard, and there is one connected resident to our unit, sort of duplex style. Private mailbox, no lawn maintenance. Area is cute and quiet, right in the middle of a neighborhood made up of family homes. It's next to a library and elementary school. One block walk to brookside.

I work full time as a server and will be out for 6 hour+ shifts 6+ days a week.

I'm a 19 year old female searching for a preferably female roommate to replace my current roommate who is moving in August. I have 2 cats and a few fish tanks, I love all things animals so pets are welcome, but they must be cat friendly! I smoke weed inside but if that is a deal breaker for you I can very easily go outside because we have comfortable front and back relaxation areas. I am open to be a friendly roommate or strictly business. I love food and cooking, I'll happily make meals for us but I am Vegan and I won't cook meat dishes, but by all means feel free. I have a long term boyfriend who will be over often, but friendly overnight guests are over only occasionally. I'm good at being considerate about noise and I'm fine in the quiet when we're both home but I like loud music in the house alone. I don't party, only drink socially, and my friends aren't noisy. I AM VERY CLEAN AND I WOULD APPRECIATE A CLEAN ROOMMATE or at least someone who can confine mess to their respective areas or occasions. Unsanitary things like wet towels on the floor, old food and drinks, dishes left to sit, or pet waste will be a problem.
