The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite that's shared & 1 regular bathroom). It's only a five minute drive from ECU, so it's perfect for a college student. We are looking for a young adult female who is preferrably a student of ECU. Utilities aren't included in the rent, but they add just under $100 a month at most which leads to about $500/mo in bills and rent. Renter's insurance is required as well.
I'm a player on the softball team, so I'm gone frequently, but when I am home I keep quiet and stay to myself. The other two roommates also keep to themselves mostly, and they are good roommates.
The lease is July-June then month-to-month after the initial year.
