My name is Macie Jay (Pretty Mackey), also known as Jay Ellis. My roommate and I are looking for a mature, responsible, and easygoing roommate to join our home as we begin a new 12-month lease in July.
We're hoping to find someone who:
Has a full-time job or is attending school.
Can reliably contribute their share of the rent and utilities.
Cleans up after themselves and practices good hygiene.
Is respectful, honest, and communicates well.
Our goal is to create a peaceful, positive home where everyone feels comfortable. If you have mental health challenges, we simply ask that you're honest about them and actively working toward your well-being. We believe in encouraging one another and keeping negativity to a minimum.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly, judgment-free home. Respect is non-negotiable. Hate speech, bullying, name-calling, threats, or putting your hands on anyone will never be tolerated. We respect each other's space, beliefs, and privacy, and we're looking for someone who shares those values.

Rent increases from $950 to $1,400 beginning in July, and rent, gas, electric, and other shared household expenses are split evenly between the roommates. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Before anyone moves in, we'd love to meet, chat, and make sure we're all a good fit. We currently prefer a male roommate between the ages of 27–50. We're also friendly, and we completely understand if that's not everyone's preference.
