There is not a “private bath” attached to your room. However, there is a bathroom across the hallway with shower and toilet that will be all yours.

My roommate preferences are someone who is in their 20s-30s as well as female. However, this is not a requirement by any means.

I will also request proof of income and there will be a background and credit check conducted. Application fee will be $44.00
