Looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in July. Your third of the monthly rent includes water, sewer, trash, pest control, and renter’s insurance. It is just under $360/mo. The other monthly charges are electric and internet. There is a $50 application fee.

The room is huge, and the closet has more storage than the master does. Your bathroom is attached to the bedroom and hallway, with lots of storage under the sink. I am obsessed with the windows in this room, and it provides a great spot for a desk!

The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath. The communal areas are almost fully furnished. The dining area is mostly used as storage, and the living room could use another seat! Must be LGBT friendly and ESA friendly. Right next to an Embark bus stop, Penn Square Mall, and more.
