STRICT HOUSE RULES:
• Quiet Hours: PM AM. No loud TVmusicgaming (headphones required). No yellingrunning. Be considerate in the shared shower.
• No Guests: No overnight guests. Daytime guests need prior approval.
• Zero Substances: No smoking, vaping, drugs, incense, candles, or open flames anywhere on the property.
• Appliance Safety: No space heaters. No personal fans. No unapproved appliances. No cooking in room.
• Furniture: All items & wall mountings must be preapproved.

SECURITY & TRASH:
• Cameras in common areas ONLY. Bedroom & bath are % private.
• No trash kept in room overnight. Empty into garage bin by Monday morning.

TERMS & PETS:
• Pets: $ nonrefundable pet fee + $mo pet rent.
• $mo (Utilities included w reasonable use).
• Creditbackground check required. Renter's insurance required. No subletting. Deposit required.
