Looking for someone to share my 4BR home in NW Okc

I’m a single woman looking for someone, preferably 50+, to share my nice four-bedroom home in NW Oklahoma City, within walking distance to Lake Overholser.

I have a friend who is living with me temporarily who has a small cat. However, he is very clean and spends most of his time in the bedroom.

Shared spaces include a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen (with gas stove), laundry area, covered patio, large back yard, and storm shelter.

The private bedroom is cozy, updated, and very clean, with a bathroom (with a bathtub) directly across the hall.

Please, no pets, and no cigarette smoking or vaping in the house, but medicinal *** use is welcome.

Must be able to comfortably afford $750 per month plus one-third of the monthly utilities, which vary seasonally.

A single garage space may be available for an additional $100 per month.

I would like to do at least a 6-month lease, but am willing to negotiate a possible month-to-month or week-to-week arrangement, as well. I’m looking for someone I feel comfortable with and whom I can trust in my house. So, I’d like to talk and get to know each other a little before committing to anything.
