Looking for someone to share my 4BR home in NW Okc

Hi everyone!

I’m a single woman looking for someone, preferably 50+, to share my nice four-bedroom home in NW Oklahoma City, within walking distance to Lake Overholser.

Shared spaces include a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen (with gas stove), laundry area, covered patio, large back yard, and storm shelter.

The private bedroom is cozy, updated, and very clean, with a bathroom (with a bathtub) directly across the hall.

Please, no pets, and no cigarette smoking or vaping in the house, but medicinal *** use is welcome.

Must be able to comfortably afford $750 per month plus half the monthly utilities, which vary depending on the time of year.

A single garage space is also available for an additional $75 per month.

I’m hoping to find someone more long-term (but shorter term can work as well), who I’m comfortable with, and whom I can trust. So, I’d like to talk and get to know each other a little before committing to anything.
