Looking for someone to share 4BR home in NW Okc

My fiancé and I are looking for someone, preferably 50+, to share our nice four-bedroom home in NW Oklahoma City, within walking distance to Lake Overholser.

Shared spaces include a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen (with a gas stove), laundry area, covered patio, large backyard, and storm shelter.

The private bedroom is cozy, updated, and very clean, with a shared bathroom (with a bathtub) directly across the hall.

Please, no pets, and no cigarette smoking or vaping in the house, but medicinal *** use is welcome.

Must be able to comfortably afford $750 per month plus $100 per month to halp cover monthly utilities.

We would like to do at least a 6-month lease, but are willing to negotiate a possible month-to-month or week-to-week arrangement, as well.
