Clean, Stable, Roommate wanted

This is a good sized house for two people to split, the room available is not furnished, has a large closet there is a shared bathroom, I am incredibly clean and expect similar.
Current roommate is moving out and taking the couch and TV for the living room but aside from that the kitchen and dining room / game room and backyard are all furnished by me.
There is a garage mostly used for storage or when weather turns bad.
Washer and dryer hookups in the garage.
There is an attic for storage as well.
The backyard is very nice, there is a gazebo for hanging out in and I built a firepit. I have no problem doing dishes mowing the grass taking out trash I would expect a roommate to at least clean up their own dishes and occasionally take out the trash.
I am a CDL truck driver and work in the city back daily, I'm looking for a roommate who will pay their 550 portion of the rent and half of all of the bills.
With internet, electricity and gas the total usually comes to $705 to $760 in the high seasons.
This is a lot cheaper and a lot nicer than anywhere nearby and has a lot more storage opportunity and amenities.
I expect a new housemate to be clean, stable in job, and respectful of my spaces and privacy, as I will be as well.
I'm usually very fun, like to cook, and play board games. I hold bon fires and get together for friends semi-regularly.
