Spacious Large Primary Queen Bedroom

This primary bedroom in an historic 1920 bungalow boasts of 5 large windows, blackout curtains, storage queen bed, closet, dresser, hamper, and off suite bathroom. This room is in the back of the house overlooking a spacious backyard. Pets are allowed so long as they are well trained. We currently do not have any pets. There is one other roommate in the house and I occasionally work during the day at the house but sleep at my partners house. I am looking for someone longer term but I accept tenants on a 3 month minimum basis. We have 5 gig internet with is the fastest on the market. We have a driveway and there is ample street parking. The location is ideal for anyone who loves to workout, explore, and enjoy the historic neighborhood homes of the Gatewood Neighborhood. We are walking distance to the Plaza District and St. Francis Catholic Church. We are not religious but welcome anyone from any background. Come make yourself at home!
