A three bedroom house with a fully furnished living room and kitchen including a washer and dryer. Tennent will share the house with the owner along with the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry area, but will have their own bedroom.

Bedroom is 132 square feet with an attached closet, three large windows and hardwood flooring. not furninshed

off street parking is available and pets are allowed with approval of the owner

No smoking of any kind allowed inside
Renter may park in the driveway but may not block access to and from the carport
Pets must be bathroom trained and if a mess or damage results from the renters animal he/she will be responsible for it
Cameras are installed in the common room areas (kitchen and living room) they will be active during the night and parts of the daytime the owner is not home
If a pet is being brought into the property the renter must submit an additional $200 security deposit per pet.
Bedrooms are to be considered private and neither the renter nor the owner will enter each other's bedrooms without permission from the other party or for the owner to make repairs.
The back and front yard is free to make use of by the renter and owner, however the backyard shed is considered a private area and only the owner will have access to it.
Guests are allowed but they will be held responsible for any damages they incur, any time a guest is present the homeowner must be made aware of their presence and has the right to remove them from the property for any reason
