Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom in my apartment at The Maywood Apartments in Downtown OKC (Deep Deuce).

• Private bedroom
• Private bathroom — you’d have your own bathroom
• About $900/month total for your share, including fees
• The apartment’s base rent is $1,525/month, with your estimated share of rent + fees coming to around $900/month
• You would be added to the existing lease through the leasing office

The apartment is located in Deep Deuce, close to Bricktown, restaurants, entertainment, and downtown.

The Maywood also has amenities including:
• In-unit washer & dryer

• Pool

I’m 20 years old and attend Oklahoma Christian University. I’m pretty laid-back and looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and easy to live with.

In my free time, I like gaming, watching TV/movies, hanging out, and doing things around OKC. I’m hoping to find someone who I can comfortably share an apartment with and who is reliable with rent.

I have two very friendly and sweet cats who live with me. They’re both part of the household, so you’d need to be comfortable living with cats. They’re friendly and love attention!
