I am the homeowner looking for a renter/roommate.

I have two bedrooms and two living spaces in the home, the front living room and bedroom will be for the new roommmate and the back den and bedroom will be for me. The photographed bedroom and living room are for rent. The bedroom will be UNFURNISHED and the living room can have the furniture taken out or left depending on what you’d like.

The kitchen, dining room, upstairs nook, bathroom, and laundry room will be shared.

There is counter and cabinet space available in the kitchen and bathroom. A standard sized tub with a shower in the bathroom that was brand new in 2021.

There is space for two cars to park in the front. The garage fits one car so I mostly use it for storage. We have a large fenced back yard with a small fire pit.

I am pretty low-key and work M-F 8:30-5:30. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays but often go to a coffee shop for that or stay in the back den where I have a home office set up. I am tidy with the common areas but understand a mess here and there - life happens!

I go to the gym a few days a week and usually spend my weekends cleaning up and running errands for the week. My social life is mostly outside of the home but I may have a friend over once a month or so. Once every couple of months I will go to visit my family for a night or two as well.
