Huge guest suite

Large and private guest suite available, 14 mins from Tulsa in a peaceful country setting. I have a large 3000sq ft mid century ranch on an acre just outside Tulsa city limits.
You will have a large 550sq ft guest suite, it has a kitchen style area, a bathroom with toilet and vanity, closet and storage cabinets. The room is the only thing upstairs so you will have all the privacy you want.
It is available furnished or unfurnished. I’m also happy to supply a bar fridge and microwave.
You will be welcomed in the whole house, which is curated in a 1960’s mid century style. Downstairs are two living rooms, two dining rooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. There is a large patio overlooking the large backyard and a side driveway to park in.
About me - I am a 40 year old professional who works 4-5 days a week, I am from Australia and very easy going, very clean and spend all my free time working in the garden or doing projects around the house.
I have two dogs and two cats. So you must love animals, they are all well trained but love attention!
I’m in no rush to replace my last roommate, I’d rather find a good fit, that will work for both of us. I pride myself on keeping my home a clean, manicured, peaceful environment.
I am located less than two miles from the turnpike, and very close to pretty water lake, lots of awesome shops here and you have a great rural feel in a very safe neighborhood.
