Share unique 2 story house abutting Price Park. Quiet location, yet accessible to amenities. Furnished room, You have bathroom and kitchenette, loads of storage, incl shed. Carport. Access to all except my room. I’m a single 76 year old woman with 4 cats, living in Price Park area of North Canton. Women preferred. No more pets. I’m an astrologer, and while I’m independent politically, I lean right and avidly support Trump. My age range preference is mid 40’s to early 70’s. I am Not religious but quite spiritual. Love self-development and growth. I am reasonably tidy, not obsessive. I hate television and only turn on movies or occasional senate hearings. I spend a good deal of time online, listening to favorite podcasts and videos or books on tape. My musical tastes are eclectic, as is my general aesthetic.
I’m an introvert and enjoy a good deal of alone time, but good conversation and some social activities are welcome. I try to avoid conflict but recognize that people disagree and annoy each other sometimes, so honestly discussing feelings and preferences with a goal of resolution must be a priority. This is a sober and peaceful home and that is the vibe I strive to maintain. Alcohol, smoking and drugs are off limits. If you do drink or smoke, etc., please do it away from here. Smoking outside is ok. No vaping, unless outside, as well.
