Fully furnished, medium-sized bedroom available in a clean, well-maintained 1,000 sq. ft. home in Huber Heights. The home is shared with the homeowner and is located in a safe, quiet, and convenient area with quick access to I-70 and Walmart, both approximately 2–3 minutes away.

The bedroom is currently furnished with a bed and dresser. An additional dresser and nightstand can be provided if more storage space is needed.

The renter will have access to the shared living room, TV, kitchen, washer and dryer, and central A/C. The shared bathroom features two sinks and separate under-sink storage.

The shared living room includes access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney+, and HBO Max.

There is also a separate shared room with a desk and chair that can be used as a workspace, a recumbent exercise bike, and an Xbox gaming system, all available for use.

There is a large driveway with a dedicated parking kickout. Garage parking may also be available for an additional monthly fee.

All utilities are included in the monthly rent.
