Looking for female roommate

Hello, my name is Amber and I am looking for a female roommate of any age to rent the second bedroom in my third floor apartment. I live here with my dog and cat, but they are not friendly with other animals so the new roommate would have to be without pets. Fully furnished in the shared areas, you would just need to furnish your bedroom. I have a queen bed frame you can use, if that’s helpful.

The apartment is fairly small, but it is in a good location. Neighbors are friendly and quiet for the most part. Apartment complex has a pool and laundry facility onsite. There is also a courtyard with a volleyball court. Maintenance is usually speedy when any issues come up.
