We are 2 minutes from St Anne's, 7 minutes from University of Toledo and under 10 minutes from both Toledo hospital and St. V's hospital. The robust lifestyle of the west end offers a large variety of night life and dinning enjoyment. I am in the Whitmer school district, and have been here for more than a decade myself.

The room is furnished with a double bed, dresser, comfortable seating chair and spacious closet. The room has fresh paint, new blinds, ceiling fan and privacy dicor film on the windows.

You will share bathroom with two other tenants that both work 3rd shift. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the comfort of our living room amenities such as Netflix, Peacock, Hulu and Paramount+ to enjoy on the 50' Roku TV.

We all communicate well with each other and expect us all to be responsible for ourselves and respectful of each other. Clean up and don't leave a mess.
We take turns vacuuming, dusting mopping the floor.
The upstairs bathroom needs to be always cleaned.

Elizabeth lives in the upstairs dormer with Terrance her dog. Indy lives in the front bedroom and I reside in the downstairs apartment, with my 13 pound shih tzu.

I am widow, 15 months now, and unable to work due to a few disabilities I've transpired in my older years.
