Female roommate, student or professional

I am pretty private, message me for pictures. Am looking for someone who is either a student or professional. I am married with a son, so looking for someone who respects that and can be trusted. Have 2 cats one is very friendly and the other you most likely won’t see. They don’t do well with other animals and are older/set in their ways, so really can’t have anymore pets here. Very nice safe neighborhood in Sylvania township with security system and outdoor cameras. I have a private upstairs we don’t use with 1 bedroom (11x22), bathroom (11.5x7 bit outdated), 2 closets and sitting room (8x7) so over 300 sq ft of living space and close to 400 with the bathroom OR a different 14x12 bedroom with a walk in closet 9x5.5. So one bedroom is very large and the other is pretty big too. Near 475/23/75, University of Toledo, Wildwood, and Franklin Park Mall. Utilities included, have wireless internet and possibly can share streaming apps/cable. Room is furnished if needed. There’s some room in the basement for storage if needed. Sorry for writing so much but wanted to be specific to make things easier.
