Room for rent. Rural area on major County Road.

I have a older house that sits on 5 acres. In Ohio, 5 minutes from Ashland Kentucky. I've been a contractor for many years. Looking for someone to share my house with their own private space. My place is good for someone who likes to do things outside, but has the comfort of being inside when the weather is too hot or too cold. I have fenced in areas and open areas. Going to start additions onto the house, and put in a covered outside space for cookouts and entertaining, small scale. There's some wildlife, deer, birds, I have outside dogs, a cat and a few chickens. I'm trying to make things easier to keep care of with unique landscaping. Mini gardening and such. Relaxing but certainly not boring. A preferred roommate would be female of any age who can help keep things decorated, neat and comfortable. I'm easy going and conservative. I have dual security systems, it's safe outside well lighted. Fair amount of parking, with a large carport soon to be available, with two garages. Non smoker very much preferred. I am a lifelong resident of the area, my family has lived in this area for 200 years. Need to know more or visit just ask.
