Located on the border of Wickliffe-Euclid off Lloyd - officially in Euclid by 1 street. Very near freeway entrance to Rt 2 or 90 towards Lake County (2 minutes) or Downtown Cleveland (10 minutes)

$800 ALL-inclusive if you agree to help w/chores ($25 discount) otherwise rent is 725, all-inclusive. ONE person only, no pets, non-smoking.

2 ladies live upstairs, but the in-law suite has it’s own entrance, private Bd, LR and Kitchen for the tenant only. We only share laundry and storage.

1. For one individual Roommate ONLY. Marital status is not important, but only one person occupation.
2. Sharing with 2 other Professional working, mature, adult females who live upstairs in their own suites.
3. FULLY FURNISHED – no room for much more.
4. Must like CATS – 2 cats onsite currently and one outside.
5. No drama. You need to be reliable and trustworthy, respectful, clean.
6. No smoking (allergies), and of course, no drug history or violence.
7. Limited guest policy to be discussed
8. NOT handicap accessible. This unit is in the lower level of the home with 10 steps.
9. You’ll need a car – NOT close to any public transportation
10. A refundable Security Deposit of $700.00 upon move-in.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Employment and Income verification. Earn min 2.5x the rent in income monthly ($2,000).
• No felonies or misdemeanors of sex/drug/violence (traffic considered).
• No recent evictions (24 months or older and documented former landlord repayment).
