Small room near University of Cincinnati

I'm not a professional landlord, just looking for some roommates to help cover the mortgage and utilities. Utilities are divided up between all of us every month.

My current roommate and I are both female, so we are only looking for female applicants right now.

The house is gorgeous and really close to the college and tons of businesses and activity places.

Pets are negotiable (my current roommate and I both have cats). Service animals are always welcome.

I do require a background check before letting people move in (for everyone's safety). I can send you the application/background check. It costs $55.

I like to meet with people before they pay for the background check, just so we can make sure this is a good fit for them before spending any money.

There are a few things that aren't allowed...
Smoking
Drugs
Big parties (you can have alcohol in the house, just please don't get absolutely hammered and fight with/cause trouble for the other roommates)
Visitors regularly staying more than a week or two (if a friend wants to stay with you, they can as long as they contribute to utilities)
