This room has a private balcony, walk in closet, and is the largest room in the house. I’m looking to find 1-2 roommates who would like to rent it. I’m not a professional landlord, just trying to get some roommates so I can pay my mortgage. I do offer some more bougie services like professional cleaning and air filtration systems.
I have a security system and require background checks for everyone in the house. Cats are welcome, other pets are negotiable. I have a Catio you’re welcome to use if you want.
No kids
Your significant other/friends/family are welcome to visit whenever.
Someone can move in with you as long as they help with utilities.
No wild parties
No smoking or drugs (alcohol is okay)
