Affordable Room 4 rent in small house

Sm cape cod, both bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Basement for laundry and storage.
Do you need a low cost place to stay on a short term basis?
I’m batting 300 with roommates. May be good in baseball, but not so much as far as roommates are concerned.
The 1st guy, god rest his soul, was honorable. Though I hadn’t known him long, I never once worried about theft, life, or limb with him. In fact, he tended to ward away any undesirables who might happen to come around up to no good. He was a good friend I sorely miss.
The 2 who came after.. though I’ve known them both for years, the guy tried to rob me, and the girl who came after him actually did rob me so 1 of 3 not so great..
I’m a pretty tolerant person when it comes to getting along w any type person. Symbiosis.
As for you , I care not if you’re guy or girl, black, white, or purple. If you have kids fine I love kids, but not much space here if you have many. If you have a cat, fine, a dog.. well would depend on the dog. All I really ask is you be honest, forthright, respectful, considerate, just decent human being. And that you don’t bring around people who are not. Oh and have means to pay small rent, and part utilities. If you have questions , just ask.
