I am looking for a responsible female roommate to share my beautiful Clifton Victorian home with (no pets). I occupy the second floor of the home. We will be sharing the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The room for rent has a Queen bed and tables, with a window AC unit. You will have the third floor to yourself with a private bathroom and small living area. The home is in a great location, near Ludlow in Clifton next to the University of Cincinnati, bus stops, grocery store, shops, movie theater, hospitals, restaurants and more.
There is parking on the property for one car. My daughter and her small dog live on the second floor for part of the year. I travel a lot and some months it will be just you in the house.
