Hi! I'm a female nursing student who attends school during the day and works night shift at the hospital, so I'm gone quite a bit. I'm looking for another respectful female roommate for a minimum stay of 4 months.
About the Apartment
$500/month total ($450 rent + $50 utilities)
I cover the remaining rent, Wi-Fi, and electric
Water is included through the apartment complex
Private bedroom (will be completely cleared before move-in)
Shared bathroom
Off-street parking behind the building, plus street parking
Security system with doorbell camera (you'll have access)
Small dishwasher and microwave
Close to UC, the interstate, grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping
No central A/C, so you'll want a portable AC or fan for your room
Furnishings Available
If you'd like to use them, I have:
Twin mattress (just needs a bed frame)
Bookshelf
Entertainment center
Brand-new TV (still in the box) for your use while you're renting
Pets
I have one shy but very sweet beagle mix. Cats and dogs are welcome, but they must be approved by the apartment complex and require a separate pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
About Me
When I'm not working or studying, I'm usually writing, reading, or watching horror movies. My sense of humor is a little odd—I love terrible puns and random facts (did you know a human tooth contains about 36 calories? 😂).
I'm generally pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself since my schedule can be hectic, but I'm friendly and appreciate a peaceful home.
