Seeking a mature, responsible female roommate to share my home. Ideal candidate is a professional, employed full-time, financially responsible, clean, respectful, and looking for a stable long-term living arrangement.
A 12-month lease. Applicants must provide proof of income, references with contact information, and agree to a background check.
About the Home:
Large two-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath single-family home located in the Little Turtle area of Westerville. Quiet, safe, clean neighborhood with easy access to 161 and 270. Conveniently located about 5 minutes from Easton and 10 minutes from Polaris.
The Room:
Very large furnished bedroom (11’ x 15’) with huge double closets, twin bed, bureau, TV, and mini fridge.
Rent:
$700/month
Utilities are split three ways Electric Gas, Wi-Fi water, sewer trash. This is usually $117.00. Per month. In addition to rent.

Shared spaces include the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Move-in costs:
Move-in costs:
• First month’s rent: $700
• Security deposit: $700
The security deposit will be returned at move-out, less any allowable deductions for damages or unpaid charges. The final month’s rent is not prepaid.
House Guidelines:
• No smoking
• No pets
• No children
• No live-in partners/overnight arrangements
• Must be clean, respectful, and able to maintain a peaceful home environment
The home has an exterior front-door camera for added security.
About Me:
I am a middle-aged business professional looking to share expenses with the right person. There is currently one female roommate who has been renting here for 3 years.
I enjoy biking, kayaking, yoga, and maintaining an organic garden. I live a healthy lifestyle, do not smoke, and do not drink.
