Wifi and Utilities: Wifi, W/D rent, gas, electric, sewage/water, about $140 depending on usage.
To be eligible, all the roommate's combined gross income must be 3x the total rent. Application goes through the leasing office and your name will be on the lease.

There’s some free/affordable furniture available (tables, chairs, and more). Other incentives can be discussed.
