About me: I have two friendly dogs and two friendly cats, but they won’t go in upper rooms if doors are closed. I’m retired, active, social and broadminded. I throw the occasional party and have a diverse set of friends, but live a quiet life. I do some traveling and having a tenant to keep an eye on things is nice.

What I’m looking for: I don’t care about your ethnicity, skin shade or lifestyle. I do want someone I can trust with my home and person. I’m looking for a drama free, clean, full time working person. Smoking of any sort is fine as long as you do it outside or in the garage (can vape inside). Must have good rental history or excellent references, proof of income and pass a basic background check. I would like a written agreement that we both sign and rent is due on the 1st of each month. No additional pets or permanent houseguests unless negotiated. I keep a relatively clean house and as long as you clean up your messes and don’t damage my home, we’re good. I’m fine with respectful friends or overnight guests as long as you keep the noise level down and don’t break things.
