Dublin room for rent

Hello, I’m looking for a roommate, the space is pictured below. Im 29 and have an ESA pup who is 8. she’s a small wiener dog with lots of love and she will definitely tell you all about it. Aside from her I currently work a hybrid schedule so some days I’m home during work hours and some days I’m in office. I like to be busy with friends, but always love to add new ones to my friend group. When I am home I enjoy listening to music, cooking, gaming, crafting, and keeping my space nice and tidy. I am looking for a roommate that has some things in common with me but my non-negotiable’s are clean, pet friendly, and LGBTQ+ friendly. Rent is $750 with around $100ish for utilities wifi/water/gas/electric. This is a very strict no smoking complex as well since there are gas utilities. We are located in dublin off sawmill and hard road. I’m looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, and the space is move in ready.
