Private room available in a shared family home. I'm looking for a responsible, respectful roommate who pays rent on time and helps keep common areas clean. I have a child , so this is a kid-friendly home and can be lively at times, especially when they’re playing outside. I can make sure to not be as loud to respect your sleep/study.
The room is unfurnished, so you will need to provide your own bed and bedroom furniture. There is a security camera in the living room for the safety of everyone in the home.
