Unbeatable Perks: I work as a maintenance technician for the complex, meaning any repair or maintenance issues get taken care of immediately.

Utilities Ready: All utilities (Electric, Gas, Water, Trash, Wi-Fi) are already set up in my name, so there's no hassle setting up accounts. We just split the bills 50/50.

Amenities: Washer/dryer in unit dishwasher in-unit, clean common areas, and access to all complex amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.). Trash included in rent.
