One bedroom available for rent

I live in a townhome apartment just off the west side on hall road. I do have three kids and I am married we do have our own room and while my husband works this will be my way of bringing in extra income, I am looking to rent out the available room I have left , I am willing to negotiate rent prices, I do not require a background but I do require at least a conversation to see if it's a good fit. the room is pretty big with a spacious closet and is right across from the bathroom you are welcome to the shared living room space (my kids never go in there it's a ghost town living room) haha. Welcome to use kitchen anytime and utilities are paid by me so only rent is to be paid by occupant , if this is a good fit for you please inquire so we can discuss a tour ect.. have a great day or night ! :)
