My name is Cari, and I am looking for someone add to my lease beginning Oct 1st.

About me: I’m in my 40’s, clean, friendly but mostly keep to myself. I have a 10-year old son who is sharing my room 5 out of 7 days/week. He’s a good kid, but does have some special needs so roommate would need to be okay with that. I’m a professional in the healthcare industry.

Our place is a nice, big 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. You would have your own full bath, walk-in closet and access to the balcony. We share kitchen, living room & laundry. (Washer & Dryer in unit.) Location is Worthington, nice, safe, mostly quiet area.

You: Hoping to find someone similar, who likes or is okay with kids, is clean and respectful. Pays bills on time and isn’t a partier, or at least doesn’t bring the party home. ;) (Social drinking fine, not loud past 11-ish) Kid friendly environment basically. Okay with cat as pet, but you’d be responsible for pet deposit & pet rent per apartment policies.
