We’re a simple, respectful, easygoing couple opening up our home and sharing our space with the right person. You can choose between renting a private room or our finished basement, depending on your preference and availability.
Our home is clean, peaceful, pet-free, and smoke-free, and we value privacy, respect, and a comfortable living environment. We enjoy being friendly and welcoming while also understanding the importance of giving everyone their own space.
We’re looking for a clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing person who shares similar values and would treat our home with the same care and respect we do.

A few house expectations:
- No pets
- No smoking inside (smoking outside is okay)
- Clean and respectful
- Peaceful and considerate of others’ privacy
- Comfortable sharing a home with a couple
Please note: The room is currently occupied, so we’re unable to upload pictures of the available room at this time. The current occupant will be moving out at the end of the month. However, we’d be happy to show you our own room/space for reference, so you can get an idea of the home and its layout.
Utilities are included in the rent, and no security deposit is required.
