Home has 5 cats with 5 large air purifiers, including one in the rental bedroom and one in the basement litter box area. Cats do not go in bedrooms except MBR of owner.
Seeking roommate who is a professional female. Quiet and clean preferred. No couples/children and overnight guests only if approved. Pets considered.
Ample on street parking with security cameras outside of home. Cameras also in living room, dining room and MBR to watch cats.
Amenities of the home include a hot tub and pool, to be used at your own risk, as well as lovely outdoor space. Homeowner is a small business owner and married but husband lives separately with his children and does not stay over.
