Hello.. I have a room available for rent in my cozy little townhouse, located on the north side of Columbus. Very clean, quiet and secure location. Nothing too fancy tho, just a medium size, room with a few pieces of furniture; a full size bed, small chair, mirror, ceiling fan, waste basket and an ac unit,. There is space to add some pieces of furniture, but that depends on what the roomy needs. Rent is $500/month, and includes all utilities and wifi, plus, there's off street parking and a washer and dryer on the premises. There is also a $250 refundable deposit.
