Summer sublease room available from May 1-August 1 for $720/month (plus 1/4 utilities) in a 4-bedroom Victorian-style house. Quiet neighborhood, but quick walking distance to both OSU campus and the Short North. Large home with central air includes 2 full bathrooms, an enclosed front porch, a backyard with a patio, lawn, & vegetable garden, and multiple spaces on the first floor. In-unit washer & dryer in the basement, with storage space in the basement as well. 3 parking spaces in the back, as well as plentiful street parking. No pets allowed. Friendly and responsive landlord.

Currently residing: 3 women (all use she/her) who are working professionals in mid-late 20’s. The ideal roommate would be respectful, friendly, communicative, and willing to share cleaning responsibilities for shared spaces. You will also split utility costs as well as kitchen staples (oil, spices, etc) and house essentials (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.)
