One of them stays in a room on the second floor, and the other one only uses his room two nights during a week. These tenants are professionals who spend most of their time at work or in their room, they rarely use the kitchen. This property is located in the higher end of South Euclid on Langerdale Boulevard in a quaint semi wooded area within walking distance of Notre Dame College in public library. It is also within 2 miles of highway access grocery stores Legacy Village, John Carroll in a short distance from Case Western University, the Cleveland Clinic, Hillcrest and University Hospitals. I’m asking $750 per month plus a secure deposit. Utilities, and Wi-Fi. are included.
No drugs or smoking inside the house.
