Hi! My name is Amy, 38 year old female and I’m an Industrial Designer here in Cleveland. Looking for a like-minded, clean, quiet and responsible professional/student roommate.

Details on Rent and Amenities:
1.) Rent will be $1,000 per month which includes all utilities, including WiFi.
2.) $500 rent deposit required
3.) Rent agreement will be month-to-month so that either party can opt out at any time.
4.) Lease agreement will need to be signed prior to move-in
5.) Proof of income and/or student loans, background check and credit score will be required prior to move-in
6.) Your room is the one pictured. It will be furnished
7.) The rest of the home is fully furnished.
8.) Home has central air and heat
9.) Plenty of extra storage space in the attic for your things
10.) Home gym located in the finished part of the basement. Includes: Concept2 rower for cardio, bench press/squat rack with adjustable bench, cross functional trainer with all of the cable attachments you would need, dumbbell rack (5-55lbs), Olympic weight plates and two Olympic barbells. Can use whenever you like - I just ask that you take care of the equipment as if it were your own.
11.) You will have a dedicated parking space in the garage
12.) Washer, Dryer and Utility Sink in the basement

This is a very safe neighborhood with a tight knit community that looks out for one another and also hosts block parties every summer. Safe to walk your pet at night. My street is a two minute drive from the Cleveland Heights Police & Fire Station. 8 minute drive to Coventry Rd. 10 minutes to Little Italy/University Circle and 20 minutes to Downtown/Ohio City.

About Me:
I am a working professional and own this property and keep it well maintained. I have a small Norfollk Terrier pup named Ellie. She is very sweet, very well trained, and very quiet. I work a fully remote 8-5 job M-F. I’m usually out for happy hour or recreational sports/the gym a couple nights a week and travel to Columbus often. Friday and Saturday nights I’m typically out with friends. Sundays I keep more low-key, brunch in the afternoon at most.
