HOUSE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY – DISCOUNTED RENT

We are also looking for one responsible resident to serve as the House Manager.

In exchange for helping with a few basic responsibilities around the home, the House Manager receives a discounted private room for only $450/month, compared with the regular rate of $550/month.

House Manager Responsibilities:

• Be a reliable point of contact for tenants regarding basic house-related matters
• Help communicate house rules and expectations to residents
• Notify management of tenant concerns, maintenance issues, or problems requiring attention
• Receive deliveries for the property when necessary
• Help ensure shared areas are being respected and house rules are being followed
• Show available rooms to prospective residents when there is a vacancy
• Communicate with management regarding move-ins, move-outs, or issues within the home

The House Manager is not responsible for repairs, collecting rent, maintenance work, or managing the property’s finances. The role is primarily about communication, keeping an eye on the home, and helping with occasional room showings.
