I rent out three rooms to women in my private home. My home is for a non-smoker who works a Monday - Friday daytime job outside of the house; who doesn't stay up or out late at night; and who doesn't deep-fry food (as in boiling it in oil. This makes it hard for me to keep my stove clean). Pets are not allowed.

My home is not for smokers, not even for people who only smoke outside.

I believe that life and environment are one, not separate. So I prefer to have a housemate who, like me, typically eats a healthy diet -- ideally a vegetarian or vegan, but this is not required.

My priorities are kindness, thinking about how your actions might impact your housemates, and cleanliness.

LOCATION
Near University Circle (Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve), the Health line bus, and the Redline rapid transit train.

$720: This room is the size of a studio apartment. Full-size bed, half-bath, dresser, two desks, nightstand, large heavy-duty clothes rack, and two cushioned chairs. The chair in the photo is no longer there.

You pay water, sewer. and electricity. This is split with me and my other housemates. It's about $60 combined for your portion. This amount fluctuates based on usage.
